A true ambassador of customer satisfaction and quality. The QAM will be in charge of everything that refers to your Quality Dashboard and your service. If you do not understand a score in your dashboard or have a dispute with one of your customers, then contact your QAM.
You will always be assigned a Referral QAM as well as a QAMfor any given country.
If you are a French merchant, then your Referral QAM will necessarily be in charge of French after-sales service. If you sell also in Germany, then you will be awarded a QAM for all requests for German after-sales services, too.
