Each time you upload a CSV file, it might take up to 2 minutes before we process the file.
Once the file is processed, you can see the results in the "Notifications" part of your Back Office, under the profile icon on the top right.
Then you will see a line called "Product import completed"
When you click on it, it will tell you the number of products and/or listings created. If there are any errors, download a detailed "error report" by clicking on the link.
You will get an excel file which is a modified version of the file you imported with additional columns. The first column is called "Error". There is an error in each line with a "yes" in the "Error" column. The origin of the error is described in the last column of the file.
