Before creating a product, check if it already exists in our catalog. There's a good chance that it actually does.
You can create your product using CSV files.
You can download the template on this link (you have to check the 'Listing' box AND the 'Product' box):

Then, choose the category of your product. The fields you will have to fill in the CSV file will depend on the category your product belongs to.
Let's say the product we want to create is a smartphone. Type 'smartphone' in the search bar and click on 'Search'. The 'Smartphone' category is chosen.
You can now download the CSV template by clicking on 'CSV TEMPLATE'.
On the CSV file, there are product related fields and listing related fields. You have to fill both types of fields because you create a product and a listing at the same time (you can't create a product without creating a listing for it).
The mandatory product related fields (the same for all categories) are:
- the brand
- the category ID
- the description of the product
- the image
- the price new
- the title
- the weight
The mandatory listing related fields (the same for all categories) are:
- the EAN
- the price
- the quantity
- the SKU
- the state
- the warranty delay
If you want more information on the fields to provide during product creation, you can check the table at the end of the page where you can download the template.
Once your CSV file is ready to be imported, go in your Back Office on the 'Offer' tab and click on: 'Import my offers' and upload your file.
Once your product is created, it has to be validated by our team before your listing is set online. This can take up to 24 hours.
