Unfortunately, E-commerce doesn't get the chance to leave for holidays. However, we do have some tips for you in case you are taking some much needed away time.
First and foremost, you need to put your stock to 0, so that they go offline. Therefore, please go to your Back Office, on the tab 'Offers'. You have two ways to put your stock offline:
- Put your whole stock offline thanks to a CSV file. More details here.
- Put your stock offline manually directly in the offers tab
On top of that, your team must be able to take care of our customers. The last thing we want is for them to have to wait for an answer because you're enjoying the sun on the beach. We advise you to brief them before leaving so that this remains under control.
Lastly, please liaise with your Back Market contact about your vacations, so that we can take this info into account.
You'll find below a list of 'Bank Holidays' for which your quality score will not be impacted.
