Cubyn is able to
(1) receive a return
(2) verify the product comes back in the same condition as when it was originally sent to the customer,
(3) store the product for as long as you wish.
However, Cubyn cannot test or refurbish the product. As a result, you have one of two options: you can either leverage another one of our partners, a company called Reversi.o, for all testing and repairs, or you can accumulate returns in Cubyn’s warehouse until the volume is large enough to justify shipping the product back home to the US in bulk.
