Within the framework of the guarantee, the return slip is at the Seller's expense.
- The customer must never advance the costs for a return under warranty.
- In the case of a retraction following a problem with the product (technical, aesthetic, lack of accessories), the return voucher is also the responsibility of the Seller.

In the event of non-compliance with these commitments, Back Market may act in the place of the Seller and the costs generated (return vouchers, refunds ...) will be borne by the Seller.
