The CSAT (= Customer Satisfaction for all those who were still wondering), reflects the quality of your customer support. Clients have the possibility to rate the last message sent by you in the after-sales area, based on three criteria:
- Kindness 🤗
- Speed ⚡
If you are using the BackCare service, the rate will not impacting your quality score.
If your CSAT is not good enough, we strongly recommend you to use templates. Those can be directly integrated in your after sales area and will allow you to provide better information to the client and be faster in managing the requests.
To create or manage your templates, your simply need to go to your after sales area and click on "Manage templates" in the left corner.
