There are two possibilities if you receive a "Forbidden" or "Unauthorised" response.
Has the password of your BackMarket back office been changed? If yes, the token is automatically modified. You have to get the new one here:
- For the US: www.backmarket.com/bo_merchant/merchant_support/tech
- For the EU: www.backmarket.fr/bo_merchant/merchant_support/tech
If the password hasn't been changed, it is possible that your IP address has been blocked by our new security system. If that's the case, you would need to send us your IP address at email@example.com. You can easily find it by going to this website for example https://www.whatismyip.com.
Once we get your IP address, we will whitelist it to give you back access to the API.
