The straight answer is yes. Our job (as a marketplace) is to help you get products into the hands of consumers. If an item turns out to be defective and is returned as a result, then we keep the commission. However, in cases of “buyer’s remorse”--meaning, the customer simply changes his/her mind-- we can refund the commission. Please reach out to your Account Manager at least 3 days before the next payout date to be sure this is applied.
