1 - Access the “Orders” tab in your Back Office
2 - Filter by “shipping date” rather than “creation date”
3 - Enter the start and end dates and click “Search” to apply the filters
4 - When the results are loaded, click on “Export my orders”
5 - A pop-up window will open, click on “Save”
6 - A pop-up message will then appear inside a green banner under the blue functional buttons. Click on the “notifications” link in this pop-up message. This will take you to the “Notifications” page. (Another way to access the “Notifications” page is to click on the top-right icon in your merchant account that looks like a tiny person)
7 - Open the most recent “Order export” all the way at the top and click on the link: “The export is complete, click here to download it”
8 - Your export should appear in a few seconds.
