Return tracking is a tool of your after-sales service platform.
It allows you to track a package that returns to you. The customer is thus reassured and you do not need to answer questions about the tracking of the package.
You simply need to fill up the tracking information in the following fields under "send a return label" :
you will be notified of the shipment of the package by the customer as well as the reception.
The same applies when returning the device to the customer (repair, exchange, etc.). We ask you to fill in the tracking information under "return a product".
